I found this blog post and I thought it was really good. I have a lot of students and friends who are on Blogger, and are a little scared to jump into a self-hosted Wordpress blog (which is where you really get some Google juice). I tell them that even if they lose some of their structure and Google juice by leaving Blogger.com, it’s worth it to get the Wordpress platform.
